Students enjoy a Chick-Fil-A I attend Friday during Black History Month

We will be exhibiting student photography and artwork celebrating this years Black History Month's theme, "Celebrating the Arts." This art expo will be held at Whitman High School in various classrooms.

Families enjoy the following workshops:
Male Mentoring, Imagine Etiquette, Healthy Soulful Cooking, STEM-Rockets, Coding, Chemical Reaction Lab and more, Female Empowerment, Jewelry Making, Student/Parent Advocacy, Financial Literacy Black Wall Street.
And More Free: Food Trucks, Swag Bags, Live Performances, Student Awards, Book Vouchers.

This 2024 Spring Semester launched a collaborative beginning of Whitman Students and Fairfax High School students who participated in the LAUSD Student Listening Tour with Superintendent Alberto Carvalho.

School will be closed on Monday January 15, 2024 in celebration of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday.
